I have made a couple of different sets of meal planning pages to accommodate the different ways you may meal plan. There is no space on this one to write in the dinners you will be making, but you can scroll down to the meal planning pages below to keep track of that separately. This next grocery list has extra room for miscellaneous items that do not fall under the categories provided, and it includes lines to write on.
I find that we have less wasted food this way and it’s nice to get a break from cooking every once in a while. That may sound weird, but I plan my week’s this way so we can use up the leftovers on that extra day, or we have a family night out at a restaurant. I always plan six dinners in my meal plans. It has a place in the lower right hand corner to write in what dinners you will be making each week. This first grocery list uses the same format that I use when I make the weekly meal plans on Meal Planning Mommies. I am sharing two types of grocery lists today. Print as many times as you like, or if it’s better for you, you can pin the picture below making it easy to get back to this post later. Then the PDF can be printed onto an 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper. Scroll down this post and when you see something you want to print off all you have to do is just click on the picture and it will automatically pop up a PDF version of what you see pictured.
